The WVCP has placed over 1200 former welfare recipients into employment at wages ranging from $5.50 - $15.54 per hour.

- The WVCP has helped WV earn over $40 million in matching funds from the United States Department of Labor and in Federal High Performance bonuses for the Department of Health and Human Resources.
- Drivers are enrolled into the AmeriCorps Education Awards program and receive educational vouchers worth $4,725.00 to go towards their educational goals.
- The WVCP participates in an educational partnership with the West Virginia Department of Education called the Learn and Serve Program. Courtesy Patrol personnel work with students of all ages in various school systems statewide on work ethic; proper training and safety; auto mechanics and maintenance; customer service; computer and telephone etiquette.
