Dear Ms. Douglas,
Please pass on my heartfelt
thanks to Linda Woods for assisting two of my staff members last week on
Interstate-79 just outside of Charleston.
The men suffered a flat tire
on a state van, and as I understand it, Ms. Woods provided valuable help
in the way of a hydraulic jack. The jack the men were using wasn't
quite up to hoisting such a large vehicle and Ms. Woods cheerfully
helped, staying to make sure the two were on their way.
Ms. Woods is
a credit to the Courtesy Patrol service and underscores the reason the
state contracts for the program. Again, I express my thanks to Ms.
Woods.
